I’ve always had a heart for children — it’s what led me to become a pediatrician and what continues to inspire me every day. I grew up in India in a loving military family where I learned the values of compassion, service, and resilience from an early age. My father was a senior officer, and my mother was a homemaker. I graduated from one of the country’s top five medical schools. Therafter, I proudly served in the Indian Army and was decorated by the Chief of Army Staff.
My special interests are in pediatric behavioral health, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, autism, OCD, learning problems and behavior issues
I live in Phenix City, Alabama, with my husband and two wonderful children, who remind me every day why caring for families is such meaningful work.
