Financial Assistance: Sliding Fee Discount Program

For patients who are uninsured or underinsured, we offer a Sliding Fee Discount Program. This program provides free or discounted care based on your financial situation. Eligibility for this program is determined by your ability to pay and follows the Federal Poverty Guidelines. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
