Heart of the Community Recognition– Dr. Chandra was recognized at the Heart of the Community Awards for her great involvement in Phenix City Schools. Phenix City Public Schools Community Education Department coordinates this program in cooperation with the Phenix City Education Foundation, an entity separate from the school system. This program spotlights wonderful staff and volunteers, publicizes some of the fantastic student talent in the district and informs the community of the educational enrichment opportunities available in our schools because of the Phenix City Educational Foundation. Dr. Chandra is happy to support Phenix City Schools!
