Preferred Medical Group offers a Sliding Fee Discount Program (SFDP) to ensure that all patients have access to care regardless of their ability to pay.
The Sliding Fee Discount Program is available to all patients, including those who are uninsured or underinsured.
Discounts are based on:
Eligibility is determined in accordance with the current Federal Poverty Guidelines.
Patients who qualify for the Sliding Fee Discount Program will receive services at reduced fees based on their income level.
Patients with incomes at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines will be charged a nominal fee for services.
Patients with incomes above 100% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines may receive partial discounts.

The Sliding Fee Discount Program applies to services provided directly by Preferred Medical Group which may include:
Services not provided directly by the health center (such as outside laboratory services, imaging, or referrals to specialists) may not be eligible for discounts.
Patients may apply for the Sliding Fee Discount Program at any time.
