We would like to share some important information about Coronavirus, or COVID-19, to help keep you and your family healthy.
First and foremost, protect yourself and others by staying home when you are sick, washing your hands often, avoiding touching your face, and covering coughs and sneezes with a tissue or your sleeve (please don’t use your hands). Simple things that you should keep in mind when being sick with a cold or the flu.
If you have recently traveled from an area with widespread or ongoing community spread of COVID-19, please stay home and self quarantine for 14 days from the time you left the area. These are places such as China, Iran, South Korea, and continental Europe, which are all currently at a CDC Level 3 Health Notice.

If you have recently traveled within the US to an area of ongoing community spread of COVID-19, such as popular travel destinations, you are at higher risk and may have been exposed as well.
Symptoms include fever of 100.4 degrees F or higher, cough, and shortness of breath. Symptoms may be mild or severe and appear 2-14 days after exposure.
Please take the following steps during your quarantine period to monitor your health and protect the health of others:
1) Social Distancing – Stay home and keep your distance from others (about 6 feet or 2 meters). Do not go to work or school for this 14-day period. Do not take public transportation, taxis, or ride-shares. Avoid crowded places (such as shopping centers and movie theaters) and limit your activities in public.
2) Take your temperature with a thermometer two times a day and monitor for fever. Also watch for cough or trouble breathing.
