I am a board-certified Physician Assistant and a proud native of New Jersey. I earned my Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Seton Hall University in 2011, where I built a strong foundation in comprehensive patient care. Over the past decade, I have worked in family medicine and urgent care, caring for patients of all ages and backgrounds.
In 2017, I relocated to Alabama and joined Preferred Medical Group, where I have become an integral part of the healthcare team. Known for my approachable and compassionate manner, I strive to create an environment where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered to take an active role in their health. I focus on patient-centered care, prevention, education, and individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their wellness goals.

Welcome! I'm Dr. Chandra, a pediatrician and the founder of Preferred Medical Group. My family and I are proud to call Alabama home, and I've had the privilege of caring for this community since 2007.
As a pediatrician, I've always been passionate about providing the best care for children, but I recognized the need for both primary care and mental health services, which is why I've made it a priority to offer these services alongside pediatric care in my practice. It's important to me that every family has access to comprehensive care in one place, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to support the health and well-being of our community.
