I am a licensed psychotherapist with a compassionate and eclectic approach to care. I integrate evidence-based theories and techniques tailored to each individual’s unique needs, helping clients navigate emotional, behavioral, and performance-related challenges. My therapeutic philosophy centers on rediscovering strengths, building resilience, and empowering clients to grow and thrive.
I earned my Master of Social Work degree from The University of Texas at Arlington, specializing in Mental Health and Substance Misuse. I am licensed to practice in Alabama, Georgia, and Texas, and I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Sport and Performance Psychology from The University of Western States, focusing on mental performance consulting and resilience training for athletes and high performers.
I completed my clinical practicum at Millwood Psychiatric Hospital in Arlington, Texas, gaining experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds. Before my career in mental health, I played professional baseball internationally in Mexico, an experience that shaped my understanding of discipline, teamwork, and mental performance.
