At Preferred Medical Group, we provide trusted Adult Primary Care for patients at every stage of adulthood — from young adults to seniors. We focus on prevention, early diagnosis, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness so you can feel your best at every age.
Primary care is the foundation of staying healthy throughout life. Whether you need an annual wellness exam, help managing an ongoing condition, or care when you are not feeling well, our team is here to provide thoughtful, accessible, and personalized medical care.
Our adult primary care providers help patients prevent illness, detect problems early, and manage a wide range of health concerns. We believe good care starts with listening, understanding your goals, and creating a plan that fits your life.

Available at PMG
At Preferred Medical Group, patients also have access to additional services across our practice, including:
PMG requires you to bring medication bottles to every appointment. In case a patient does not bring the medication bottles to a visit, the visit may need to be cancelled or rescheduled.
It is the patient's responsibility to ask for refills during office visits. Refill requests sent over the phone are not accepted unless it is an emergency, and phone refill requests are approved at the provider's discretion.
Whether you need a wellness exam, help managing a chronic condition, or care for a new health concern, our Adult Primary Care team is here for you.
